Energy vs. Forces what's the difference and how are they related.

I have been assigned to write this blog post since this is a science project so I will do my best to explain this topic.
First we have to understand what force and energy are. The definition of a force is a push or a pull that causes a change in the motion of an object, and the definition of energy is the capacity or ability to do work. The difference between them is that a force is what causes something to move.
PictureThis is a field model that shows a box being pushed and all of the forces acting upon it.
Where energy is a property of an object depending on whether the object is in motion or not.

PictureAs the ball falls in it's energy transfers from potential to kinetic
The relation between the two is that you can’t have force without energy, but you can have energy without force. Energy is always present so in reality there is no way to have zero energy, but theoretically you can’t have force without energy.

If I were to apply force to an object like a ball, previously the ball would have potential energy because it wasn’t moving so it was storing energy. Therefore if the ball starts moving in result to me pushing it the potential energy turns into kinetic energy.
The force was present when I pushed the ball, but before there was no force. Where energy was present the entire time although in different forms it was present.

This is a short little video that goes more in depth about Forces vs, energy. Some of the concepts in this video weren't mentioned in my post but they will help comprehension all the same.
P.S This is my first post so it is not the best, just stay with me and I will make these better as I go.
